About the Team

Rebecca Warnick, CPA

Founder & Principal

Rebecca Warnick provides event rental companies with high-level financial expertise and tax strategy to enable owners to be more profitable and grow their event rental companies more efficiently.

  • Rebecca has been a licensed CPA since 2013, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Utah State University. Go Aggies!

    A Vegas resident for nearly 20 years, she is on a quest to conquer the culinary wonders of Vegas and beyond.

    Above all, Rebecca's heart belongs to her family—her husband Mike and their trio of kiddos. When she's not crunching numbers or dining at restaurants, you'll find her soaking up precious moments with her loved ones.

What makes Lee great at her job...

Extensive firsthand exposure to various small business, entrepreneurial, and startup environments. In addition, she has experience in a range of industries including tech, real estate, culinary, and apparel.

  • She holds two master’s degrees for the fun of it, and has a thorough appreciation of continual learning.

    Skilled in corporate communications, partner development and executive assistance: loves helping clients and team members while wearing many hats.

Senior Accountant

What makes Liz great at her job...

Liz has been in the industry since 2020. She has experience working with small businesses and S Corporations with their tax planning and bookkeeping. In addition, she has tax experience helping several different types of entities.


  • She works with clients to give them the peace of mind that their financial records are accurately reported and to save them money by finding the best tax saving strategies.

    Liz attended University of Phoenix, getting her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2019, followed by her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting in 2021. She is committed to learning and staying on top of the latest industry information so that she can best serve her clients.

    Liz is currently working on preparing for the CPA exam so that she can become a licensed CPA. With this next step in her career, she is looking forward to growing her skills and experience within the profession.

    Some of Liz's other passions include:

    Reading, in particular Liz enjoys horror, thriller, and crime genres. Some of her favorite authors include Stephen King, Donna Tartt, and Stieg Larsson.

    Enjoys spending quality time with her partner and their cat Ghost.

    Loves cooking and trying new recipes. Some recent favorites include birria tacos, New York style cheesecake, and chicken adobo.

    Writing has been a passion for Liz since she was a small child. She likes writing short stories, poems, and personal essays.

What makes Brandon great at his job...

Brandon is a tax professional with over 4 years of experience. He has worked with businesses of all sizes and is eager to aid and assist business owners the best he can.


  • Brandon graduated from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a focus in Financial Planning.

    His desire to pursue a career in accounting was the stemmed from the concept of making a living by supporting small businesses.

    Some of Branson's other passions include:

    Korean barbeque, dumplings, and boba tea

    Pottery and movies (Marvel fanatic and horror movies)

    Tons of videogames

    Walking (not running...) my dogs

Bookkeeper

Joy grew up in the United Kingdom.  She likes to play golf, workout, bake and do Jigsaw puzzles. Joy’s first career was as a professional dancer in Paris, France and Las Vegas, NV.  She has always enjoyed working with numbers and Math was her favorite class all through school, so moving into Bookkeeping as a second career was a no brainer.


  • She received her AA degree in Business Management in 2004 and has certificates in Accounting and Business Management from UNLV.

    Joy enjoys playing Golf with her husband as frequently as possible and taking Yoga classes. The rest of her free time is used up baking or working out in her home gym.
